I bought home some of my first pottery items the other day - pictured above is only about half of what I have. To celebrate and break them in, I made a huge batch of borscht, my favourite Winter soup.
Yum Borsht!, who would have thought pulverised beetroot, carrots, tomatoes along with a few usual suspects could be so good. I like your handy crafts too.
Thanks Sally! I've never had borscht from a proper Russian place, I'd like to try it and see how it compares. Mine didn't have cabbage as an ingredient, which I think the real deal Russian version has.
